Q. What do I get with my order?

A. You’ll get your ordered quantity of cigars in individual boxes of 25 (or 12). Each Cigar has your own personalised label hand applied and is then individually wrapped in a clear cellophane bag or glass tube (Cigars in glass tubes do not come boxed). This allows your guests/customers to keep the Cigar for an indefinite time. We take extra care in ensuring our product is of the highest quality in every respect.

Q. How does you label library work?

A. Customers look through our label library and choose the style of cigar band they want. We then go ahead and personalise that label with your personal information as provided by you during the ordering process. We personalise you cigar band AT NO EXTRA COST !

Q. I want Cigars with my company logo to give to customers and friends?

A. No problem! Prestige Cigars can make your very own label (created by our graphic designer with input from you). This service is provided FREE.

Q. We don’t have our company logo in digital format?

A. Prestige Cigars can scan you logo from documentation or even create a digital copy of your logo for you. You can even send us a digital print of you logo and let us take it from there.

Q. We want a large quantity for our wedding, Is this OK?

A. We routinely cater for events requiring over 500 cigars! Quantity is never an issue. If you’re concerned about your quantity or the nearing of your function date email us and well sort it out. Ask us about substantial discounts for order over 10 boxes.

Q. Can you sell me just the labels for my Cigars?

A. Unfortunately we can’t due to the fact we can’t control the quality of Cigar and application method. The final presentation of our product is extremely important to us.

Q. I would like some Plain White Cigar Bands so I can catalogue my home Cigars, Can you help?

A. We provide plain white Die Cut Labels from 80 GSM plain white paper in Quantities of 200. Email us for details.

Q. What’s a Proof?

A. A proof is just a printing term. It means basically an example of how your finished label will look. We send all customers a proof of their label prior to us printing and cutting them. This allows a final check so that you, the customer, can ensure you’re happy with the finished product and most importantly, check for spelling mistakes!

Q. My husband smokes a specific brand of Cigar. Id like to present him with these Cigars with some of your personalised bands for our wedding anniversary. Can you help?

A. Of Course! Let us know the brand of Cigar he likes, well band his specific brand for you. Email us a request and well supply a quotation. (Minimum 25 Cigars). Subject to availability of required cigars and sizes.

Q. How will I receive my Cigars?

A. Our Cigars are sent by Australia Post. They all come in a customised Prestige cigars presentation box of 25 Cigars or in a well protected bundle for cigars in glass tubes. This allows you to easily display them, Carry them around while you present them to your guests or customers or simply leave in a convenient location for your customers or guests to help themselves.

Q. We want to purchase Cigars for our male wedding guests but my fiancé wants some for his buck’s party, how will this work?

A. No problem this is a common request. In most cases we will offer a discount if ordered to gether.
