ORDERING:
Please follow our simple ordering process:

2. Choose your Preferred Label from our Label Library
3. Choose what you want written on your labels
4. Send us your order

Prestige Cigars Standard production time is 10 - 15 business days from proof acceptance but may vary. If you need them faster let us know. Please consider this timeframe when ordering.

Prestige personalised Cigars are sold in quantities of 12 or 25. Minimum order is 12. Orders over 25 cigars must be in lots of 25.

Once your order and payment is received we will email you a proof (An example to let you see what your band will look like) of your specific personalised label for your acceptance. Once you accept the proof you cigars are produced and posted.

PROOFS:
A proof is an example of how your finished label will look.

We use the proof to identify errors before production.
Proof are sent via email only.
Proofs are provided FREE of charge (by email only)

Cigar cutters are a special device specifically for cutting the end off a Cigar prior to smoking. A cigar cutter is complimentary for orders of 3 or more boxes of 25 cigars or are available to purchase for $5.60 ea.

Sample cigars come with a generic Prestige Cigars band in a Glass Presentation Tube.
This service gives you an opportunity to see a finished product before ordering.
Sample Cigars cannot be personalised.
Sample Cigars cost $18.50 each including postage.
The Sample Cigar cost will be refunded for orders of over 200 Cigars

ARTWORK:
You can choose to use any of our existing labels – professionally personalised with your personal information of course or we can design one from scratch just for you and your special occasion.

Cost of graphic Design services is FREE.

GIFT VOUCHERS:
Gift Vouchers can be arranged by emailling us at sales@prestigecigars.com.au.
If you have a gift voucher you wish to redeem simply enter its number on our order form. The amount of the voucher will be deducted from your total once the order has been submitted. A limit of 1 voucher per customer per month applies. Gift vouchers can only be used for 25 cigars or more.

RETURNS:
Due to the personalised nature of our Cigars returns are not accepted.

CANCELLATION:
Orders cancelled prior to a proof being emailled will incur a 10% cancellation fee
fee.

Orders cancelled after we email a proof will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Once production has begun cancellation will not be possible.

* All Cigars are sent via Express Post or Registered Parcel Post and are fully trackable. Postage method is determined by Prestige Cigars on a case by case basis. Customers specifically requesting Express Post may be subject to an addittional postage cost.

* ALL OUR ITEMS ARE MARKED TO BE SENT TO THE NEAREST AUSTRALIA POST OUTLET FOR CUSTOMER PICK-UP IF NO ONE IS HOME AT THE TIME OF ATTEMPTED DELIVERY. WE WILL NOT INSTRUCT GOODS TO BE LEFT UNLESS YOU EMAIL US AUTHORISING THIS IN WRITING. IN SUCH CASES THERE WILL BE NO RECOURSE FOR UNDELIVERED OR DAMAGED GOODS. Goods lost due to the supply of erroneous mailing information will not be replaced however we will do everything possible to help locate the item.

* Registered/Express Post tracking number will be supplied via email once posted. If your item has been marked as posted and you want to know its whereabouts please use the tracking number provided. Once we post the item its in Australia Posts hands. Any issues regarding incorrect delivery etc should be directed to Australia Post. Items that are left for extended periods at their local post office and are returned to us as a result will incurr an addittional postage fee (as per above table plus and addittional handling fee of $18.00).

* Items damaged in the post will become the subject of an Australia post claim. Good will not be remade and resent in most cases until the investigation and claim are complete.

* Method of postage used depends on order quantity and packaging size.

* Personalised cigars making is a purely manual system. Variations do occurr in cigars throughout batches and due to the hand application of bands variations do occur. Such variations are NORMAL and will no be accepted as the reason for the return of goods. While vaiations are a possibility we take the most care to ensure these are either eliminated or minimised. We do not ship substandard products to customers.

*Prestige cigars consider its customers to be the end user of the products it sells. Customers are required to ensure they are compliant with the NSW Public Health (Tobacco) Act 2008including all revisions and any applicable federal and state laws pertaining to the sale, use and distribution of tobacco products. Prestige Cigars instructs its customers to ensure its products are never used by intoxicated persons or minors. Prestige Cigars expects its customers ensure tobacco is not made available to minors in their country, state or territory. Customers are warned of the risks associated with the use of sharp/cutting items such as cigar cutters or glass storage tubes by intoxicated or incompetent persons and advises its customers to ensure such items are only issued to reponsible persons.
